Two days after Christmas, it was my birthday. It's rather dreadful really, having your birthday during the holidays because:
1) Friends go off for holiday so they won't be there to celebrate with me
2) Friends likely forget about my birthday because they're too busy enjoying themselves (unless Facebook notifies them. maybe I should not put my birthday in Fb next year to see who really remembers my birthday)
3) I most likely end up alone in front of the computer (thank goodness for 9gag)
I received the best birthday present ever--- a 2NE1 desk calender!! I was ecstatic over it and it will stand on my desk while I'm in IMU studying my ass off some test in the future. I freaking love my friends who thought about it(okay it was just one friend and the rest just chipped in)... it was ordered all the way from Korea! ofnoivnhsifhisdfhndf
I thought it would be a lonely birthday... but I was wrong. I had a dinner with the fam at Porkies (awesome pork ribs yum yum). And later on one of my friend asked me out for drinks to celebrate. I ended up celebrating my birthday at Basaga with 3 of my guy friends. They're the only ones who could make it... How sad is that! Well at least I didn't end up alone and miserable. Far from it, I had my first tequila shot!
I'm not much of a drinker because I don't like the strong alcohol taste. But since it was a special day and my friends were paying for me, what the hell right? I was taught step by step by Yong Kai who didn't know how to drink at my last birthday, and see how Scotland changed him. Haha... First I had to taste the salt on the rim of the shot glass and drink the whole shot. Then, I had to suck the lime. Adrian even took a video of me drinking it and my face expression looked funny when I tasted the shot. LOL
So here I am, 19 years of age and still living in this world trying to figure out my place in life. The show must go on people... :)
